i m using sftp server for call manger backup and my call manger is installed in
esxi server when i m taking the backup the following error is using
Update failed : Unable to access SFTP server or SFTP server too slow to respond.Please make sure the login credentials and path are correct.
Could you please verify that you are able to access this sftp server and this path from other box initially before trying from backup page.
when i m login with secure crt with ssh i can login call manger but when i try sftp server i cannot login
1) Can you ping it?
2) Is the SFTP service running?
3) Does it run a firewall that needs modifying? Try telnet 22 to see if the port is open.
Download FileZilla or other SFTP client, and test connection to your SFTP server is fine and works.What SFTP server software are you using?Maybe delete the backup device and re-add it to call manager with working SFTP server credentials.
