Hi All
We got two branches:
Site A is registered to CUCM 8.0.2 on HQ and have HW-CFB on site.
Site B is registered to CUCM 7.1.2 onsite and have HW-CFB as well.
We have an ICT (Non-Gatekeeper Controlled) between CUCMs.
When phone 1-A calls to phone 2-A with codec G.711u then press "confrn"
dial to Phone 1-B successfully but when press "confrn" softkey to join the calls
the phone shows "Cannot Complete Conference"
This happen only with phones on the site B reached through inter-cluster trunk
Any input will be appreciated!

You need to send CUCM SDI traces from both cluster. Ensure the calling and calld number is present in the trace before you send over. Also ensure your trace level is set to detailed

I'd also check regions and CAC associated to all elements involved.

Thanks both of you for your answers.
The fact is that the one branch is connected by DMVPN, and the another one is connected by MPLS.
So it was a routing problem.
When I press the conference softkey the DSP resource can't reach the IP phone.
