Cisco 7941 Stuck on Upgrading Screen

I did try to update my firmware on Cisco 7941, I have upgraded the phone succesfully to 8.3.1 firmware, but this firmware didn't register to my IINET Voip router.
Thats why I tried to downgrade to the 8.0.3 firmware, because I read that this is working fine.
The firmware was loaded well from the tftp-server, but now I have the problem of the upgrading screen.
I tried already to restart the phone by pressing # and 1234567890*#, also tried for factory reset but this results in the same screen after starting up.
I see the phone is getting an IP-adress, but is not getting any files from the tftp-server again
I really need to get this fixed..Does anyone have any ideas?

can you check on the phone what it says under
the status log on your phone's settings screen? maybe this
will give you a hint of why its failing to upgrade.
