Cisco RTMT for Windows 10

I have tried downloading and install RTMT from CUCM, but it will not install onto my computer. There is no error's or anything, the progress bar for unpacking hits 100% and then nothing else happens. 

Is there an updated version of this tool somewhere?

No, the RTMT version you need to use, is the one you download from your CUCM.

A newer release of RTMT would only be available if you upgrade your CUCM.

 

Refer to the RTMT administration guide for your RTMT version for OS compatibility.

Maybe try running the installer as administrator?

I have already tried this, and it produced the same results. 

Which  CUCM version you use ?

As per the admin guide, win 10 shows supported from 12.5SU(4). But I have RTMT running on my windows 10 downloaded from 12.0. 

 

 

Try using windows compatibility option during the installation.

We are currently on v11.5 of CUCM.

Do you have Oracle (Sun) Java installed on your computer? RTMT requires that to run and install if I’m not wrong.

Which version of CUCM are you running?

Try to install in Windows 7 compatibility mode and administrator rights.
