What are the pre-check and post check activity need to been perform from VoIP(IPT)
including endpoints,servers,Vm.

Yes, SRST can be configured with dial-peers pointing to other systems/locations.

Now the network team are playing to change the ip .

So that are the thing we have to considered.

And how can I route the all the call to other region i.e B cluster as we will shutdown one side cluster of region A.

If you are changing IP addresses of CUCM servers you will need to change the following:

DHCP scopes pointing to new TFTP addresses

All voice GWs configurations referencing IP addresses for SIP, H323, SCCP, MGCP configuration

Unity Connection port group configurations

all other applications integrated to CUCM, i.e. CCX, UCCE, CER, fax servers, call accounting, 3rd party, etc.

DNS updates

If hostnames are being changed as well then new certs will be generated and you'll need to ensure phones will trust them.

As other team is filtering BGP prefixes and need to work on the conflicts ip.

And can we route A- website subnet over the Internet instead of using MPLS ???

If yes then how can we route this over the internet instead of MPLS
