Hi,

Can u try changing the CRC-4 to framing no-crc-4?

If possible, try changing from H.323 to MGCP?please refer the DOC.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/solutions/collateral/ns340/ns414/ns728/ns784/703946.pdf

regds,

aman

Hi Aman,

Thanks for helping, yes i tried changing from CRC4 - no CRC4, however no luck.

I cannot change from H.323 to MGCP, there is no Cisco call manager. and router is in production can do that now.

Well "Serial2/0:15 is down, line protocol is down" indicates that there's not even the Layer 1 working. So are you really sure the cables are working properly?

Do you have a loopback cable to test the interface card, so we're sure the card is working properly?

If there'd been CRC4 errors the E1 2/0 would be down too.

Thanks Marc,

Yes i did the loopback cable test to on the interface card, here is the logs i took from voice gateway.

Hi,

Can u share the output of network-clock from router?

regds,

aman

sh network-clocks

Priority 1 clock source: not configured

Priority 2 clock source: not configured

Priority 3 clock source: not configured

Priority 4 clock source: not configured

Priority 5 clock source: Local oscillator

Current clock source:Local oscillator, priority:5

You need to configure ISDN network side, thing for which you can search about.

Hi Paolo,

i configured the controller as the isdn network side i didnt find any changes.
