Experts,
I have a doubt with Application Dial rule.
In AD the Phone number is configured for the user which is sync with CUCM End user.
The user in Jabber tries to find the another user in the same company and tries to call his mobile.
For example, the Users are in India and US from same company.
User is India tries to call another users mobile in US ( Example +12057774444 ). It says call cannot be completed.
I set up application dial rule as below.
Number begins with +1
Number of Digits : 12
Total digits to removed : 2
Prefix : 000111.
We have route pattern 0.0011 for International dialing. But it doesn't work and I can see the county code 1 is not added in the call.
Any help.
Thanks
Sathya

Hi,
It is working with CIPC. The issue is happening only with Jabber / application dial rule.
Not sure how can I check Application dial rule in DNA.
Thanks

What is the CUCM version you are running, COP file is only required if you are running CUCM version 8.5 and below.
