CUCM 11.5.1.14900-11
Hey all,
I'm looking for a way to get CUCM to show me what model phones are registered. I know I can search by device type and search for 7942 or 8851etc and it will show me all of those models that are registered, but I'm looking for a way to show, or a report that shows every model of phone that is currently registered. I'm looking to upgrade all model's firmware, we have quite a few models of phones here, so I want to make sure I have every model phone covered.
thanks.

Hi there,
I would check out this report;
Unified CM Device Counts Summary |
Provides the number of devices by model and protocol that exist in the Cisco Unified Communications Manager database. |
From this guide;
Cheers!
