Hi,
Hope someone could give me a hand on this. I have a Cisco 2901 with IOS version c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.152-4.M3.bin and I want to install and configure a VIC2 - BRI-NT/TE card on it. The card is already inserted and I can see it when I do "sh diag":
WIC Slot 0:
VIC2 - BRI-NT/TE Voice daughter card (2 port)
Hardware Revision : 1.1
Top Assy. Part Number : 800-33406-01
Board Revision : D0
Deviation Number : 0-0
Fab Version : 03
PCB Serial Number : FOC172383PM
RMA Test History : 00
RMA Number : 0-0-0-0
RMA History : 00
Product (FRU) Number : VIC2-2BRI-NT/TE
Version Identifier : V03
CLEI Code : CNUIAVZAAB
When I do "sh version" or "sh hardware" I cannot see the card and therefore I cannot configure it:
Cisco CISCO2901/K9 (revision 1.0) with 897024K/45056K bytes of memory.
Processor board ID FCZ1730620W
2 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces
3 terminal lines
1 Virtual Private Network (VPN) Module
2 Cellular interfaces
DRAM configuration is 64 bits wide with parity enabled.
255K bytes of non-volatile configuration memory.
250880K bytes of ATA System CompactFlash 0 (Read/Write)
And also if I do "sh inventory" the card is not there neither:

NAME: "C1941/C2901 AC Power Supply", DESCR: "C1941/C2901 AC Power Supply"

I tried swaping the card into a different slot and still the same, I cannot configure any command. I was thinking in downgrading the IOS to c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.152-4.M2.bin because I have these image running fine in other routers.
Does anyone know how I make this work? Is there anything that I am missing?
Thanks a lot for your support in advance.
Regards

Hi Lopez,
Seems to be license problem as pointed by Mr. Amine. You can generate the evaluation license and check the same.

Can you post a sh license feature?
You probably need a license to unlock the UC feature before you can provision the voice ports on the router.

Seems to be an issue with the license:
Index 3 Feature: uck9
Period left: Not Activated
Period Used: 0 minute 0 second
License Type: EvalRightToUse
License State: Not in Use, EULA not accepted
License Count: Non-Counted

I am trying to generate the right evaluation licenses until I have the PAK file from my provider, do you know the name of the right license to use:
Thanks! I will rate your posts as soon as I have this ready!
