Hi
You will have to use COP files before upgrading.
ciscocm.refresh_upgrade_v1.1.cop.sgn
This file is same for UCM, Unity Connection, CUCMBE5k (and IME).

Hi Rajesh,
You are most correct my friend
The .cop and install files are identical between Unity Connection
and CUCM. And the "refresh" requirements to move to 8.6 are identical as well.
Cheers!

Even upgrade from 8.5 to 8.6 version is also same for CUCM and Ucnx?
ie UCSInstall_UCOS_UNRST_8.6.2.20000-2.sgn.iso ?

Dear Rob
After upgrading this patch, Ucnx upgrade we through well.
ciscocm.refresh_upgrade_v1.1.cop.sgn
But for CallManager, even after upgrade also, upgrade fails inbetween.
Publisher is upgraded. But subscriber upgrade is failed two times.
Is there any other posibilites, why upgrade from 8.5 to 8.6 failing ?
Here I have attached the logs I got during upgrade, two failed upgrade log files attached.
Current version of CUCM-SUB is 8.5.1.10000-26 (running on VMWare)
upgrading to 8.6.2.20000-2
After approx. 90 minutes during upgrade it endup with error.
