Unity Connection 10.5.2 integration with 2 CUCM clusters

Hi,

We got an requirement for having one cuc 10.5.2 and that needs to be integrated with 2 different CUCM Clusters. Is this possible by have 2 different Phone integrations in CUC ??

Any best steps to do so.. Please suggest.

Yes its possible that one CUC can serve VM service for two CUCM clusters.

If both CUCM use same extension range, I believe that,  you may need to consider  CUC partition and search space.

Yes that’s absolutely possible. Just follow the integration steps in the documentation for CUC two times and use one of the CMs each time. Not more to it than that.
