I am attempting to upload my report to the portal and it is failing every time. This is making it extremely frustrating as I am following the instructions provided. Can someone please provide some assistance. Thank you

Hello Gregory, which report are you uploading and what browser are you using? I would suggest opening a Service Request using your NLS1 contract # and being very specific about the issue you are experiencing. A support engineer will respond to you asap.

What report are you referring to? Are you trying to process a manual .csv import? Please provide the portal URL you are accessing and the exact steps you are taking.
