Hi team,
Our customer assigned CBRAdmin access for my company to his Smart Net Total Care Portal three days ago but I still not able to access his SNTC Portal, is not showing on our SNTC list of customers.
I need some help with this issue, please.

Hello Sir,
Thanks for the information provided, I have validated it internally, and access through CSAM is fine however the changes are not visible on the SNTC portal. I have shared in a private message the images. this issue is because we are currently migrating some
servers to enhance our performance and security, and due to this process, some smart services may be temporarily disabled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
