Is the error still "Internal Server Error" or "peer not authenticated"?

If it's "peer not authenticated", do you have any proxy or SSL intercepts configured on your network?

The error is :

RunNowUploadJobGroup Upload failed. Internal Server Error

Greetings.

Unfortunately, exporting the Managed Device List and re-deploying the collector is the quickest and best option to fix that error.

Could you tell me how can i export from the CSPC to SNTC manually ?

Below on the attached PDF are the steps to extract the data collected and import directly into the Portal.. However Can you please send me a screenshot of the specs of your present collector?specs.JPG

As well as the data collection scheduled screenshot as the example below

schedulled.JPG

I´m trying to

tracert services.cisco.com inside the collector CLI, and is not reaching

inside my LAN switch i can to reach the destination https://services.cisco.com

After re export the Entitlement from SNTC

i have a new error.

Phase Name
UPLOADING (CSP0009042813)

Connectivity service is not running

services.cisco.com is not a server you need to access from the collector via 443 or any other port.  I still have not received the screen shots I requested above.

The problem is that "internal server error" is a new generic error and many things can spawn that error.  In addition to provide me the screenshots I asked above please send me the output of the following command to see if we can pinpoint the relevent error message instead of the general one.

from user collectorlogin then su to root  :

# tail -100 /opt/ConcsoTgw/tail-end-gateway-decoupled/bin/CONN_TEG_LOGS/tail-end-gateway.log

Thanks everybody
Now it´s working after replace the certificate from SNTC and upload to CSPC

I have this exact same issues. Created new entitlements and installed certs, but no luck getting the uploads to work.

Internal server error is a generic error. please open another forum thread .. and I will post there the steps to try to identify the problem.

Hello
Good afternoon

I am experiencing the same internal error issue on the server.
This started after the upgrade from version 2.8.1.4 to version 2.8.1.6.

Would you help me?

Thanks
