I read somewhere that the CSP collector wouldn't be needed if customers were running Prime Infrastructure, is this true as we already running Prime Infrastructure version 3.2 which already contains all the devices so would be really useful rather than having to run a parallel system.

Jamie - There isn't a way to directly integrate prime infrastructure data into the Smart Net Total Care portal at this time.  So, at least for now, you need to use Common Services Platform Collector (CSPC) to collect and upload device data to Cisco. 

An alternative is use device output from Prime, in CSV format, and upload it according to the instructions in the Smart Net Total Care Portal User Guide, File Import section (~ page 17 - see link below).  This is a manual process.
