Hi,

Looks like a cosmetic bug to me, in the output, as the feature does not seem to be enabled, based on your output.

Regards,

Cristian Matei.

I agree with Cristian.  Just tried the command on an old 3560 (15.0(2)SE11) and a 3560X running the latest (15.2(4)E9) and its the same output as yours even though native VLAN tagging is disabled in global config.  On a 3650 running IOS-XE 16.12.1 with the same global config however it says its disabled:

Name: Gi1/0/25
Switchport: Enabled
Administrative Mode: trunk
Operational Mode: trunk
Administrative Trunking Encapsulation: dot1q
Operational Trunking Encapsulation: dot1q
Negotiation of Trunking: Off
Access Mode VLAN: 4090 (VMWare-Mgt)
Trunking Native Mode VLAN: 4090 (VMWare-Mgt)
Administrative Native VLAN tagging: disabled

Administrative private-vlan trunk Native VLAN tagging: enabled

Thank you for the assistance. Looks like I need to upgrade the firmware on this 3560.

Cisco IOS Software, C3560 Software (C3560-IPBASE-M), Version 12.2(35)SE5, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

Depending on the hardware you will either be limited to 12.2(55)SE12 or 15.0(2)SE11.  The older 100Mbps switches had less Flash so can't go beyond 12.2(55)SE12, the newer switches - mainly the 1Gbps 'G' versions and the V2 100Mbps switches have more Flash and can use 12.2(58)SE and 15.0(2)SE versions.

The text in the release notes reads

Not all Catalyst 3750 and 3560 switches can run this release.
These models are not supported in Cisco IOS Release 12.2(58)SE1 and later: WS-C3560-24TS,
WS-C3560-24PS. WS-C3560-48PS, WS-C3560-48TS, WS-C3750-24PS, WS-C3750-24TS, WS-C3750-48PS,
WS-C3750-48TS, WS-3750G-24T, WS-C3750G-12S, WS-C3750G-24TS, WS-C3750G-16TD.
For ongoing maintenance rebuilds for these models, use Cisco IOS Release 12.2(55)SE and later
(SE1, SE2, and so on).

Good luck.
