So i try to see the image in the bootflash, if i execute the dir bootflash:, It displays as below and doesn't showed the content
rommon 1 >dir bootflash:
ExtX super block invalid signature
So i thought of booting the device with usb but no pendrive gets detected .it also fails as u can see below
rommon 2 >dir usb0:
No USB storage device detected!
Error[3]: Failed to open directory!
Can anyone suggest me what i can do further?

if it is the problem, i guess its time to open a TAC case in support

check below guide's step 5. even this is OS upgrade document, step 5 explains about setting boot value.

I think this is different. When enter “confreg=0x2101” to change the configuration register value, it display the following:
Writing to Primary Region failed
Writing to Backup Region failed
And if I enter
rommon 1 >dir bootflash:
ExtX super block invalid signature
Output is the above.

Change the config register to 0x2102
rommon>set
rommon>unset boot
rommon>confreg 0x2102
rommon>reset
