(this will take down your port-channel)
Your description is 'LACP...' yet you are using PagP. Issue below commands on both physical interfaces. Does this change the speed of the port-channel?
'no channel-group 42 mode desirable'
'channel-group 42 mode active'

Hi WannaB
Oops you are right the configuration is in PagP. However I have another port channel from the 7706 to Fabric Interconnect which is configured as LACP that is still operating on 10G.
ethernet# show int po30
port-channel30 is up
admin state is up

Port mode is trunk
full-duplex, 10 Gb/s

Is the NIC teaming on the other end setup to use both NICs or for failover only?

Thanks WannaB
show int port-channel xx shows the total bandwidth :)

Our 7606 shows
Port-channel30 is up, line protocol is up (connected)
Hardware is EtherChannel, .........
MTU 9216 bytes, BW 20000000 Kbit/sec, DLY 10 usec,
Full-duplex, 10Gb/s
Transport mode LAN (10GBASE-R, 10.3125Gb/s)
input flow-control is off, output flow-control is off
Members in this channel: Te3/4 Te3/8
but ASR1004 had a bit different output
Port-channel10 is up, line protocol is up
Hardware is 10GEChannel, address .......
MTU 1600 bytes, BW 20000000 Kbit/sec, DLY 10 usec,
reliability 255/255, txload 87/255, rxload 161/255
Encapsulation 802.1Q Virtual LAN, Vlan ID 1., loopback not set
Keepalive set (30 sec)
ARP type: ARPA, ARP Timeout 04:00:00
No. of active members in this channel: 2
Member 0 : TenGigabitEthernet1/0/0 , Full-duplex, 10000Mb/s
Member 1 : TenGigabitEthernet1/1/0 , Full-duplex, 10000Mb/s
No. of PF_JUMBO supported members in this channel : 2
but in both outputs BW 20000000 Kbit/sec. So this is a cosmetic bug in output.

Looks normal to me , you have a link in your port channel down.

hi steven
I would say that it is correct - the bandwith is 20Gbps
