PLATFORM_ENV-1-FRU_PS_ACCESS

I have cisco 3750X switch and from past few days I have been observing the below mentioned error.

Feb  9 17:10:11: %PLATFORM_ENV-1-FRU_PS_ACCESS: FRU Power Supply is not responding
Feb  9 17:15:29: %PLATFORM_ENV-1-FRU_PS_ACCESS: FRU Power Supply is not responding
Feb  9 17:20:47: %PLATFORM_ENV-1-FRU_PS_ACCESS: FRU Power Supply is not responding
Feb  9 17:26:04: %PLATFORM_ENV-1-FRU_PS_ACCESS: FRU Power Supply is not responding
Feb  9 17:31:22: %PLATFORM_ENV-1-FRU_PS_ACCESS: FRU Power Supply is not responding
Feb  9 17:36:39: %PLATFORM_ENV-1-FRU_PS_ACCESS: FRU Power Supply is not responding

The intensity of this error is really high as it can be observed the difference between time intervals is really low. Can anyone provide a solution to this?

@Jaderson PessoaI have tried replacing power supplies as well as power sources. Moreover, when I searched on google I found out that this error is common in stacks but not for stand-alone switches and I don't have a stack, my switch is stand-alone.

Thanks for your support though.

Could you provide output ? show version

@Jaderson PessoaI cannot find anything related to power in show version. Can you tell specifically what are you asking from show version? May be I am unable to comprehend.

@balaji.bandiI am not using 15.0(2) SE but 15.0(2) SE2. Can you confirm if that bug is common in this version too? Also what version will you refer to?

@Kasun BandaraI have pasted the logs, for your reference, I am pasting the logs again.

SWITCH#show env all
FAN 1 is OK
FAN 2 is OK
FAN PS-1 is OK
FAN PS-2 is NOT INITIALIZED
SYSTEM TEMPERATURE is OK
System Temperature Value: 23 Degree Celsius
System Temperature State: GREEN
Yellow Threshold : 46 Degree Celsius
Red Threshold    : 60 Degree Celsius

SW  Status          RPS Name          RPS Serial#  RPS Port#

FAN PS-2 is NOT INITIALIZED because I have not initialized it. Other then that, fan modules seem ok to me. I need to confirm if you suspect there could still be any issue in fan modules? Is there any way I can find that out?

According to the BUG, its not affecting to your installed OS. but for better steps, try upgrading OS to new OS.

@Kasun Bandara  Currently I am using the following version.

Cisco IOS Software, C3750E Software (C3750E-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.0(2)SE2, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

Can you please refer a newer version or OS as stated by you, which according to you is probably free of these bugs? I would really appreciate if you can refer a best suited version too.

Best Regards.

can you share show version?

Yes I am using only 1 PSU, that is why I mentioned earlier that apparently I cannot find anything problematic in the logs.

As far as show running is concerned, with due apologies, I am not authorized by my employer to share those details but can you specify what you need from show running? I may be able to cooperate up to some extent regarding that.
