scheduled specific debug from catalyst port

Hi guys. We have 2960x on 1 of our sites, having some vendor devices were connected trough mikrotik router/netgear switch to one of the  port of that 2960x. 

      Internet-----LAN---2960---vendor_vlan----vendor_switch--vendor devices. 

That port is up for week -2 weeks that goes down , I swapped port , then swapped switch with new one , then vendor  replaced mikrotik with netgear switch, tried to play with duplex/speed setting  -no results, same issue again , works for week -2 than port goes down. 

The question:

1) Is it possible to setup "scheduled debug " which will be activated when some wrong or error message come from Vendor devices and then that debug will either send it to my mail box or keep it in the logs ?

2) If that impossible  what else I can check to fix this issue ? 

I toned out cable between 2960---vendor_vlan----vendor_switch its fine . logs just shows :
