Hello everyone,
We had configured stack of 5 Cisco 9200 series switches.
We arranged all 5 switches according to lowest to highest MAC address in the stack.
1) SW1- C9200-48T-4G-E -- MAC- 24:2A:04:F6:F4:00 (Active)
2) SW2- C9200-48T-4G-E -- MAC- F4:EE:31:18:18:80 (Standby)
3) SW3- C9200-24P-4G-E -- MAC- CC:36:CF:EE:57:80 (Member)
4) SW3- C9200-24P-4G-E -- MAC- CC:36:CF:EE:5C:80 (Member)
5) SW5- C9200-24P-4G-E -- MAC- CC:36:CF:EE:5F:00 (Member)

Today, after power failure, we faced issue in stack as SW2 (C9200-48T) went into the "Provisioned" state.

Hello!
Have you tried the following commands to se if there are any errors on the stack ports?
show switch stack-ports
I would try reloading the "provisioned" switch. If that dosen't do the job. You will have to disconnect it completely and try adding it again to the stack.

Console into switch 2 and cold-reboot (remove the power cables).
Post the entire bootup process of switch 2.

Hello,
I tried following things:
1. Remove the power cable.
2. Remove the stack cables (not stack modules).
3. Connect console cable to that switch (SW2)
4. Again power on the switch and connect it console.
And got the output, kindly check the attached image file.

Sagar P.
