C20 camera not working after update to TC7.2.1

Hi,

The codec was version TC4.2.1 and everything was working great.

We updated the codec to TC7.2.1 and now the camera is not detected by the codec. The bottom-left LED on the camera is white (greenish).

We tried to downgrade the codec to TC4.2.4 but the camera is still not detected. Another camera we have for a short period of time is working on the same codec.

I think it's possible to update the camera firmware but I can't find the file anywhere.

Help would be very appreciated!

Hi,

Perform factory RESET of the codec once and reload the software. Also, provide below details:

1. Did you directly upgraded to 7.x from 4.x ?

2. Are you able to login to Codec now ?

3. Also, provide us with the image details used to upgrade to TC7.2.1 (package name).

The camera was replaced by Cisco.
