Hi,
I have a cucm cluster running version 8.6.2.22900-9, i am trying to add a new sub to the cluster and do not have version
8.6.2.22900-9 media. I do have 8.6.2.20000-2, but I cannot join the cluster since versions do not match. I cannot downgrade my existing version in the cluster. The versionin the other partition is 8.5, i do not want to roll back to that version and I have no 8.5 media anyways.
What are my options to add this new sub?

You can download the upgrade version 8.6.2.22900-9 from Cisco website. And during installation process, choose the upgrade option and then you should be able to install 8.6.2.22900-9 as a subscriber.

I'd call my Cisco/partner account manager and request a copy of the correct version media.
