Hello Community, we have a "tralation pattern" (0500XXX) that makes the transformation to a "hunt pilot" (10800 internal dial number) this "hunt pilot" belongs to a "hunt list" and this belong to a "Line Group", but when the call is completed and the user needs to "Forward" the call, the original call hangs up, and the forward call is established with the user.
Traslation Pattern -> Hunt Pilot -> Hunt List -> Line Group -> Call Complete DN -> Try to Forward to Other Dn (in this step he call crashed)

Sorry to jump in here, but can you please provide your Call Control
system (CME or CUCM) version and phone model type and firmware
version here
It almost sounds like you may be hitting a bug.

Where is the call Bering forwarded? Different location? Internal or external number?

Is this a FW as in CFNA/CFB/CFA??? or do you mean you're transfering the call?

Hi Chris, we like to transfering a incoming call that complete all the way trought Traslation Pattern -> Hunt Pilot -> Hunt List -> Line Group -> Call Complete DN to another internal Dn. this incoming call is from anywhere (External, Internal, diferent location)

Can you explain exactly what you're pressing on the phone and what you see/hear when it fails??

when the call is answered by the user, he press forward softkey botton to transfer the call, after that the original call hangs up. and the second call is establish.
