I suspect this would still would, but you could turn on ip accounting on the link in question. Not as granular as Netflow or something like that, but it might give you an idea.
What kind of external connection do you have (SIP, PRI, etc)? What equipment is connected to that PSTN link? I assume this is for CUCM, but how does the PSTN gateway talk to CUCM? What version of CUCM?
