basically the legs underneath the body got ripped with this kernel crash and the signal cause is pretty generic then with this:

Exception at 0xffc00900 signal 11 c=1 f=11

Active process(s):
proc/boot/procnto-booke-smp-instr Thread ID 0 on cpu 0
proc/boot/procnto-booke-smp-instr Thread ID 1 on cpu 1
proc/boot/procnto-booke-smp-instr Thread ID 11 on cpu 2
proc/boot/procnto-booke-smp-instr Thread ID 3 on cpu 3

if there is no kernel dump on the disk, we would need to setup an external tftp server to get a dump so we can investigate.

right now I can only theorize, since the sw version in use is not mentioned, but we have had silent reloads in 434 and early 51 releases.

possible reasons could be nvram corruption, disk file descriptor depletion, and basically anything that qnx handles in that regard.

if you are not on 534, it might be a good idea to exclude:

Hi,

Is this a 9001 ? there was a software defect that could cause this issue on older code.

To move forward it would be better to open a tac case so the core file from the kernel crash could be analyzed.

Thanks

Hi Tkarnani,

           Yes It's ASR 9001.
