We are having similar issues on our C9336C-FX2 switches running NXOS:7.0(3)I7(6) however all ports are showning not connected. It took a switch reload to bring the interfaces back up. We are using Cisco 4x10gig breakout cables

This also appears to be affecting 8.3.141.0 This should be a much higher priority bug, as touching client devices you don't own is not something you should be doing, and the two VLAN approach goes against best practices.
