Hi All

Can the Cisco Finesse team performance window not to display the agents that are logged out state ?

We need to see the agents that are logged in.

:) that's the #1 complaint I get about that gadget, the #2 being why can't I see all my teams at the same time. You can do some customization and get that done.

In 11.6 there's a checkbox that lets you "Include Logged Out Agents" or not in the Supervisor Team Performance screen.

Exactly. 11.6 is the way to go. You can use 11.6 with earlier versions of ICM.
