cceadmin gadget for Finesse

hi,

since ucce 10.5 Cisco recommend CCEAdmin for reskilling instead of ISE.

I look for a gadget to add this access directly from Finesse Supervisor including SSO as the login is the same.

Is a gadget currently available to do this ?

Unfortunately nothing currently is available at this time.  I believe WebAdmin has a publish API that would allow you to do this, but you'd have to develop your own Gadget to do so.  Bringing our products together into consolidate User Experience for our users is definitely our goal in the future (as evidence of LiveData Gadgets inside of Finesse).

Hi Gary,

Has this goal been achieved in UCCE?

We are about to cut over our agents from CAD to Finesse and Cisco AS are unable to add CCEadmin or CCMP as a gadget, which seems a little odd given this is a core function of a Call centre operations.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Unfortunately there is still not a CCE Admin gadget. As Gary mentioned, there are Admin REST APIs that you can use to build a gadget for reskilling. Specifically, you should be able to use the Agent API to do the reskilling.
