Cisco UCCX 12.0.1 Caller ID

Hi Guys,

 

I have 2 questions regarding UCCX 12.0.1:

 

1. Is there a way to display the Original Calling Number (ANI) on the IP Phone/Jabber, without using the annoying utils uccx icd      clid enable in version UCCX 12.0.1

 

2. Is there a way to display the Caller ID (Name) of the caller if they call from the CUCM cluster (Internally) on the IP Phone/Jabber ?

Unfortunately not, as you need the ability to execute java to make this work, which is not supported by the standard license.

Fun fact, if you have enhanced you can have premium with full licenses..

Could explain more details on how to use Make REST Call step to query user ID form CUCM UDS, I tried the steps that you said before but without success.

 

Could you please share the aef script if you have it.

What is set under the Call Variables Layout on Finesse Admin?  When I use this sample in the script it validates with no errors.  I still dont see the caller id pass when I test call the Contact Service Queue trigger.
