CUIC Live Reports displayed on 78XX series phone

Is it possible to display CUIC Live Data reports on a 78XX/88XX series phone?

Use case: Agents want to see queue status on phone and FIPPA doesnt provide that info yet. Any ideas are welcome!

Hi George,

Live Data will not be available on any Phone now or in Future. However, in r11.6, Finesse plans to have queue stats for FIPPA. Rajiv (Finesse PM) can confirm this.

I confirmed with Rajiv, that Queue Statistics on FIPPA (for CCX) is being targeted for 11.6.
