Hi everyone,
I have to create campaign to IVR purpose.
Scenario:
I made a script but it not works properly (attachment)
Symptoms :
dialer call the customer, the announcement wasn`t played and the call is going to be terminated.
Any ideas, tips ?

Are you getting any error like "I am sorry we are getting some technical difficulty? "
Also, check your prompt in the browser, Is this accessible and check the prompt format as well, its your be ulaw,8 bit.

What version are you on? UCCE?
Is there a CallStudio portion for the IVR configured?
