Looking for a better Courtesy Callback solution

We are in the process of searching for a better Courtesy Callback solution that what is provided out of the box by Cisco.  They estimated wait times and the fact that a customer can be called back and still have to wait in queue for a number of minutes is not the solution we are looking for.

 

Has anyone had any luck with other vendors with this.  We are currently searching, just thought I would reach out here and see what others have went with.  We are on PCCE 12.0 currently.

@ptindall has created an awesome solution called Nordic CCB. It works great and fills in a good bit of gaps in the out of the box solution. Google Nordic and you'll find a lot of resources to make it happen.

Acqueon has a solution for this.....Both Estimated Wait Time and Scheduled Callbacks can be enabled.  Keeps everything in house w/Cisco.  Acqueon Callback

you can be used as @david.macias says for Nordic CCB as @ptindall created it's so cool I think.

but in our case, we deploy a custom element on CVP post the data using API to the campaign manager CCE but the limitation not displaying too much data during the callback.
