Can someone please share how the post call survey works in UCCX Rls 11. Specially how and where to save the post call survey data.

Hi
It's up to you. The post call survey feature is just an automated post-call transfer to another application.
What that app does is down to your programming - you might use custom vars to store in the CCX DB, or you might store in an external database server or other system.

Hello,
How can you associate the original agent to the survey in a UCCX report? I'm trying to get a custom call peripheral variable set to the agent ID but I have to do this after the resource is selected. If I do this, it works on the report but all other call peripheral variables get unset by this, such as calling party ID. Any other ideas?
