In 9951 datasheet, it said that "Newly developed ergonomic design and user experience designed for use with the VGA touchscreen display". But in the other materials, it is not touchscreen.

I believe only the 9971 is touchscreen, but maybe someone who has had some 'hands on' can confirm,

I also suspect there is some mistake in the datasheet of 9951. Hope Cisco can clarify or revise it soon.

9971 is touch screen but 9951 isn't.

If you are a Cisco partner you should be able to access the IP phone ordering guide at the link below.
This states that the 9971 is touchscreen and that the 9951 is not.

Cisco revised 9951 datasheet 2 days ago. All the materials coincide now.
