Hi,
We are running a Cisco Unified Business Edition version 8.0.3.20000-18.
Call manger is integrated with LDAP server and unity connection is not able to import users from Call manger.
Getting an error "There are no items selected. Please click the check box next to the item you wish to import." even though the use is available in call manager.
Sync section is giving an error "'Found 0 Unified Communications Manager User(s)"
AXL Server tab under phone system is grayed out and no errors observed from "Check telephony configuration " from related links
Is there an alternate way to add the user(s) in Cisco unity using some tool or CLI using SQL queries.
Kindly help what will be the Trouble shooting needs to be carried to fix the sync issue.

assign device and primary extension to end user and try sync again.

User has Device profile which is selected under extension mobility and the DN is associated with primary extension to end user.

doing a manual query thru CLI is not possible,
in unity, if you go to Users>sync users what do you see? does it tell you to configure an AXL server?

Hi Saif,
Can you share the screenshot of one of users from cucm end user page. Also, make sure that correct Phone system is selected on Unity Connection when trying to import the users.
