ISE Backup is failing

Hi We have an issue with ISE configuration backup. It is failing with following error message. DB BACKUP FAILED : RMAN-03002: failure of transport tablespace command at 04/11/2016 23:13:39. Backup aborted We are running ISE 1.3 with patch version 5.
