Hi all Anyone know how I can monitor and retrieve event log on IPS 5.0. I tried to use IEV versoin 4.1 and upgrade signature to IEV-sig-4.1-1-S150 but cannot work.

Can I have all IPS functionality in my 4215 after upgrading its software to 5.0

After upgrading from ver 4.1 to 5.0(1) it worked for about hour before it went to power down mode. Now I can't communicate with it at all.
