Cisco DPC3825 bandwidth control?

Hello, I own a cisco router DPC3825. I would like to know if there is any possibility of doing bandwidth control. I have 6Mbs of internet and I want to reserve 3Mbs for me, and I can not find the option in the router menu. Thank.
