Data is not being upload to SNTC portal

Hello Team,
Find attached picture, we did a successful Run Upload Profile with 37 devices collected but the upload is not reaching to the portal. When we access the sntc portal, we are not able to see any processing upload.
Could you please clarify?

Please send me message in Private of the Portal account name and inventory name you are looking to receive this upload.

Thank you for sending me your private message today with the details of the account and inventory you are looking to see the uploads. however. the certificate you have given does not match the inventory name you mention on your private message.
Please do the following: On the Collector go to - help--> Server properties--> Registration Certificate Properties- then the certificate id. Open the certificate and you will see the correct inventory name associate with that certificate.
The correct uploads are coming in but into that inventory name.
You can see the uploads by doing the following.
On services.cisco.com
click on the little pencil beside your company name and select the correct inventory associated with your collector certificate:
