Hello Team,
I have been granted access to our SNTC account, but when I try to login, I get redirected to the registration page and it said I do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection. Can someone help me with this issue?

Sharing the resolution summary:
No access to the SNTC Portal
The user was already added to the portal and we ran the manual sync to the party ID
Now the user should be able to access the portal
