Cisco WS-C3560V2-24TS-S - PSU Sys Pwr Unavail - RPS Status <> is Empty

Hello,

A WS-C3560V2-24TS-S Switch shows the following output after an unplanned shut down due to electrical issue:

PLACEHOLDER HOSTNAME#sh env all
FAN is OK
TEMPERATURE is OK
Temperature Value: 38 Degree Celsius
Temperature State: GREEN
Yellow Threshold : 56 Degree Celsius
Red Threshold : 66 Degree Celsius

SW   PID   Serial#   Status   Sys Pwr   PoE   Pwr Watts
-- ------------------ ---------- --------------- ------- ------- -----
1       Built-in          Unavail

SW   Status   RPS Name   RPS Serial#   RPS Port#
-- ------------- ---------------- ----------- ---------
1      <>         <>

The Internal PSU is in Unavail state but from the output no RPS is installed, so it must be a fake alarm. At least that's what i think.

In other posts i see that this could be caused by a switchover to the RPS, but in this case i don't see any,

How could it be that the switch is still powered on?

Maybe it's just a cosmetic bug or could this be a true issue down the line?

Switch is running: c3560-ipbasek9-mz.122-50.SE1

Those are the community posts i have seen before posting myself, but the problem described is slightly different:

if this was issue after unepxected power failure, suggest to take maintenace, and Power down the switch completly and leave for 2-3min, and switch in the Device and post the outcome ?
