Good day everyone,
I have issue after upgrade CUCM from 12.5 to 15.0, where I cannot find phone especially with specific detail.
In my case, I tried to find phone with specific description and filter "contains". when I click find button only showed total records found, the list phone is not displayed
but if I change filter to be "begin" it works as expected
anyone experience same after upgrade to 15.0?, or is this bug ?

You are hit with this BUG CSCwj21390. apply the work around mentioned in the BUG ID and it will be fixed.

I have not seen this on any of the systems we have updated to v15, neither on the FCS or any of the SU releases.

Have you tried using a different browser? This issue might be browser-related. If the behavior is the same across different browsers, I recommend reaching out to TAC.

Yes I have tried using 3 different browser (chrome, edge and firefox) but the result is same

Is this issue occurring only with this specific name?
How is your database? Does it look good, or are there any errors?
TAC should be able to provide an explanation for this behavior.

- May need to Clear your browser cache or try using a different browser.
- Ensure that the user account you're logged in with has sufficient permissions to view phone records. Sometimes after upgrades, user roles or permissions might need adjustments.
- Try restarting the CUCM Publisher and Subscriber servers to refresh the services and re-sync data
- If the issue persists, a TAC case might be needed for further investigation.

As suggested, check for database consistency. If it checks out, I agree with @Nithin Eluvathingal that you will want to open a TAC case.

What model phone is it? Is it a model that was deprecated in V15? Was the read only lock out overridden while the upgrade was running and something was alter regarding this phone that caused the inconsistency? I will echo the sentiments of @Roger Kallberg , @Nithin Eluvathingal , and @Maren Mahoney in that I have never seen this and I have done a number of upgrades to V15.
