I have a UC540 where one of the users is getting the message that his mailbox is locked after entering his password. The message is "This mailbox is in use. Contact your administrator". I've seen support articles on how to clear via command line. But, can it be cleared via CCA? What is the cause of this problem?

Log into CUE by going to 10.1.10.1. Once you are logged in follow the steps in the screenshot.
