Is there a way to use SNMP program like MRTG to keep track of number of user per AP devices?

Has anyone else noticed a noticeable slow down after updating to firmware 12.00t? I also enabled WEP at the same time so I backed that out thinking it was the problem but network performance is still not good.TIA
