I have the same problem. And that is affecting the Spam Quarantine, because the users that receive Spam Quarantine Notification, with link authentication open this portal https://sma_adress:4431/quarantine. And not connect this service.

This bug shows it is fixed, however there is no workaround defined, and there is no Fixed release shown.

I don't think this is a "logging issue only" - since based on this logging, the appliance sends alert emails that are the only valid way of monitoring the health of the system. And if the monitoring of a system is generating constant false positives,...
