Finesse & Salesforce

Hello Everyone,

Does Cisco UCCX support Finesse and Salesforce integration or we need to purchase a third party application?

If this is supported, could you please send the document showing how to accomplish this task?

No, there is no out of the box Finesse/Salesforce integration available. However, Cisco makes various 3rd solutions available via its Solutions+ program (such solutions are available on Cisco's price list). Besides Bucher that was already mentioned above, 2Ring, a company that I work for, also offers a tight integration between Finesse and Salesforce via 2Ring Gadgets for Cisco Finesse - more at https://www.2Ring.com/Gadgets

It depends on what you want to do. Out of the box you can pop SFDC pages from Finesse to get you to the record you need. If you're talking about a CRM connector you will need a 3rd party tool. The good news is that there are a lot of options. B+S has the most popular one and probably the most expensive, but there are many other vendors who have built their own. Heck I built a super simple one too if you're interested. If you have the development chops you can built your own too.
