I have several asset groups I use to manage my assets.  Until recently, when looking at an asset, I could add a "asset tag" directly from the asset window and it would put that asset into any group I had already created.  Now when I go to add an asset to a group, it takes me to the asset group page where I can't add anything.  Please restore this functionality.   ... There is no notification either on the Catalyst Center or on mail if the CX Cloud Agent is unreachable or goes down. You can only come to know of this when you open your CX Cloud instance and check the "Data Sources". It will be helpful if a proactive notification can be sent to the admin/user if the CX Cloud Agent becomes unreachable or is not sending telemetry to CX Cloud. ... View more

Presently there is very little to no logging for data sources in CX Cloud that I am aware of.  This makes troubleshooting difficult. For example, one of my data sources is Meraki; the status shows a "collection failed".  Yet there is nothing to show why CX is failing to collect data from Meraki. I can see a list of Advisories and in the Affected Assets there is a link to affected devices  per Advisory. When I click on that link, I can get another link to Affected Assets or Potentially Affected. After clicking there, I can export the list. But I'm missing a possiblity to export a single report showing for each  vulneraiblity which devices are affected and which devices are potentially affected. And vice versa: A single report showing for each device which vulnerabilities are affecting it and which are potentially affecting.     ... View more

In our environment we ship all of the devices we order to our main HQ location and then the network team configures and sends them out to our branch offices.  All of our Location fields in CX reflect the address of our HQ.  DNA Center requires that you enter an address when you add a location so it already knows the street address of almost every one of our devices.  It would be super helpful if there were either a Customer Location field that is separate from the Location field or if the Location field itself would sync the street address data from DNA Center branch locations.  You'd know not only the status of every piece of hardware but also where it really is as opposed to where it was shipped when it was ordered. ... In my organisation, several support teams share the access to CX Cloud, so we can all see each others devices in the Assets section and each other's cases in the Cases section.  The same CX Cloud Agent is used to contact all our devices too.  I have added the devices my team support to an Asset Group, but it would be good if we could set permissions so that these devices are not visible to other support teams and their devices are not visible to my team. Also rather than adding devices using a seed file to CX Cloud Agent then adding them via an asset template to an Asset Group, it would be good if we could specify an Asset Group when using a seed file so that this could be used to add and delete only devices from my team's Asset Group.  Currently for another team to add their devices using a seed file, I have to give them the seed file I have used, and they add their devices to it, otherwise my teams devices would be deleted if they used a seed file without ours in.  Also the seed file has to have the username and password for the cli access in it.  This is not ideal as my team has to see the other team's credentials in the seed file or they have to see ours.  It would be good if it were possible for other users to be able to see both sets of devices though, as our designers would need to be able to see devices from all operational support teams. ... Hello, I would like to put in a request to be able to update the device location section.  A larger number of our orders are shipped to a warehouse first to be configure and then sent out to branch office locations.  I know I have put the GPS coordinates to my locations in the hierarchy of DNAC, could there be some linkage between the DNAC data and the CX cloud data organized by DNAC  Design/Network Hierarchy?  This could be helpful for shipping information for RMA of 4 hour support contracts. Please allow CX Cloud to report on and indicated connection status of device SE-NODE-G2=, which host Nexus Dashboard, and other devices that are in Intersite. TAC has indicated that SE-NODE-G2= is not supported in CX Cloud. As a result, the status always shows "not connected". The status is misleading since it does show connected in Intersite. The idea is to request a filter option for asset group. The use-case is filter only asset groups you want to focus on. Also, being able to move assets to a "retired" group and filtering it out would allow those devices to no longer show in the inventory. The standard "connect" filter ALMOST does this.
