Hi Roger,
I have configured rest invoirnment except SIP between service provider and gatewat. I am receiving the calls on but it is getting disconnected after 20 sec and only one direction sound.
This is my gateway configuration.

Hi,
Check with the ITSP the configurations that them support. (dial-plan, type of media offer, sip-header configurations and so on..)
There are many docs at Cisco and on the internet about this:

Hi,
Based on the bit of info you’ve supplied, it looks like you need to configure your CUBE to register with your ITSP.
You (or your Cisco partner) will need to work with your ITSP to determine the exact configuration requirements to get the trunk operational. Generally you need registration and authentication configuration for successful inbound and outbound calls.
