For some reason CiscoWorks can't pick up the serial numbers for these device types. Is this a proble with the device itself or something to do with LMS?Does anyone know of this issue?

Just curious, it shows up as Unknown and I don't see it in the list to manually apply the model in CS Device Management. Anyone managing one of these with LMS 2.6? thanks
